Doesn't this just make you want Mexican Food!!
I just have to say that I had and unusually hard time spelling "Burrito"???
This is one of the easier cakes I've made. I carved the cake into a burrito shape and rolled it up in the fondant just like I would any burrito. Funny thing I've made hundreds of burritos in my day but for some reason when I got ready to roll the massive thing I got really stuck on stupid ha!
I used melting chocolates for the cheese I just added a little food color to get the right color. Sour Cream and Guacamole is colored frosting.
The Cake was a big hit and quick to make, I'll definitely be making another.
