Holstein Cow Hide Cake

This cake was so much easier than it appears.

 
Roll out the white Fondant until its about 1/4" thick then break up small pieces of the black and spread them around on the white and roll the black in until your fondant sheet is the thickness you need.  I usually go about 1/8". I use THE MATT, this make is possible for me to get my fondant that thin and makes laying the fondant on the cake so much easier.  I definitely recommend checking into it.
